Day 100 - 15th May 2010

Many Happy returns to:   Garth, Sean & Stef!!!

Si went out early to get breakfast and returned with a feast.  Eggs, sausage (for me) beans, toast, coffee and juice, all in our new Tuppaware containers.  FYI - most of the takeaways on the island come packed into a hideous amount of polystyrene boxes & plastic bags which isnt very eco friendly, so we thought we'd set a good example.  Breakfast tasted delicious and I think we appreciated it more as we'd not eaten since yesterday morning.

This afternoon we were out on the boat helping Nathan do a Reef Check at 'Twins' along with the soon to be qualified Reef check students.   I assisted on the shallow (5mtrs) transect line, counting invertebrate while Debbie & Nathan did fish & substrates.  The rest of the team, along with Simon did the deep (9mtrs) transect line. All the data from lines will be recorded and then entered on a global database.

After going home for a shower and a couple of episodes of Battle Star Galactica, we went to 'Dirty Nellys' for food and then on to Crystal to watch Tims (trainee videographer) final underwater movie and to cheer on the newly certified Dive Masters do there Snorkel Test.
