Different kind of post today.
We are currently on an Eco course, giving Nathan a hand. Getting ourselves back into the swing of things after our long break due to to health reasons.
Updates to come with the course when I have some pics, but meanwhile, we had Nathan's wife Tracy (currently leading the Pin Up of the Month!) around for poached eggs and coffee today at breakfast. The coffee we were drinking is called Gong Coffee.... check out the video clip for how this coffee is made. The star presenter is Kailash... Nathan's and Tracy's son... Very interesting!
