Day 72 - 16th April 2010

Today we started a Marine Resource Management course.  It's a 5 day course and this morning we covered the following:

The Ecology and Biology of Coral Reef
The origin & characteristics of coral reefs
Differences Between Atlantic and Indo-Pacific Reefs
Coral Anatomy and Biology

In the afternoon, we went to 'Shark bay' to do quadrant surveys on the old Biorock.  I didnt go in the water but sat on the rock for a couple of hours and waited.  Once surveys were done, we headed back to Crystal to input the data onto a global database and then headed home, stopping onthe way for a takeaway.

I think it must be the heat as we were both feeling exhausted and ended up going to bed around 9pm
