Last minute cramming!!

Tomorrow starts the 2 days of examinations. Failure means we shall not be able to retake.... which would be sad.... so we are frantically studying like little book worms.

In the meantime here is a video from 2 weeks ago... Paintball!!!

Small Update again

Just try to keep this going at the moment with barely any connection plus the time we are spending in our continued education is proving to be difficult to say the least.

But the piccie is a map of the Junkyard Reef we created (see earlier post for video).

IDC Pool Pics

Here is a couple of pics of us doing some pool presentations yesterday.

We get marked out of 5 with the pass mark being 3.5 and everyone did very well... more practice required though.

Back in the class again.... only 5 more days, then 2 days remedial training then the big tests begin.

Fire Poi

Heres a short clip of what we do when we have time off... this is Dave (newly qualified Divemaster) on his 1st attempt at Poi with fire....! Bless him!!!

Small Update

Well, tomorrow we finally get a day off...!!! Got some homework to do... but never the less it'll be nice to spend some time out of the classroom...!

Update for you. Jen and I are now qualified as Assistant Instructors and Emergency First Responder Instructors.... After the day off we are on our final leg of our course... 10 more days and fingers crossed we shall pass!!!

If I get a chance to take some pics this blog will be updated with more than just text...

Lack of posting

Apologies (again!) for the sporadic posting, but between internet issues, and our Instructor course which we are working from 8am till 1am.... we have had no time to do anything but, eat, study, sleep... its been tough but once its over.... we shall be finished with our education!!! YEAH!

I shall try and update, when time permits..
